Tooter leaves behind a loving family and host of friends. She was preceded in death by her husband Marion. Family will receive friends Friday, September 21, 2012 at Rhoton Funeral Home from 7-9 pm. Funeral Services will be held Saturday, September 22, 2012 at 1pm in the Chapel at Rhoton Funeral Home with burial following at Hilltop Memorial Park in Carrollton.
