COOPER
GLADYS BARNES, 81, of Carrollton, passed away February 28, 1994 in Carrollton. Mrs. Cooper was born in Biloxi, MS on August 22, 1912
Preceded in death by husband Chief William Cooper; brothers, Maynard and Bernard Barnes and parents Frank C. and Daisy Barnes. Survived by daughter, Libby Dixon of Irving, Sharon Brown, Dallas; grandchildren, Lisa Atkinson, Kristi Swan Misty Brown, Wendy Brown, Holly Brown; great grandchildren, Zachary Atkinson, Erika Atkinson, Amber Swean, Sara Swan; brothers, Stephen McNeill Barnes; sisters, Evelyn Rabalais, Gene Benjamin; numerous nieces and nephews. Services, 2:00 pm Wednesday, March 2, 1994. RHOTON CHAPEL, Rev. Mark Dallalio, officiating. Interment, Furneaux Cemetery, Carrollton. Family will receive friends at the funeral home, Tuesday evening. 7:00 - 9:00 P.M. In lieu of usual remembrances memorials may be made to Vitas Hospice Care of Northside Baptist Church. P.O.
