OBITUARY Jack Dennis
Funeral services for Jack Sutton Dennis, 84, of San Angelo, a former
Dallas County resident for 44 years, were held at 2 p.m. Wednesday in San
Angelo.
Mr. Dennis died Monday in a San Angelo hospital after a long illness. A native
of Farmers Branch, he was a farmer in Dallas County until 1920, when he moved to
San Angelo. He was a Tom Green County rancher until his retirement. Mr. Dennis
was a grandson of I. B. Webb, founder
of Webb Chapel Methodist Church.
Survivors are his wife, two daughters, two sons, and 12 grandchildren.
