School District Changes Name

FARMERS BRANCH, Texas - The name of the Carrollton Independent School District has been changed to the Carrollton-Farmers Branch Independent School District, the manager of the Farmers Branch Chamber of Commerce said Friday.
R. L. Turner High School will be the name of the high school serving both cities, whose school districts recently were merged.
