OBITUARY
 

A. J. Brown, 70, Is Buried at Cemetery Hill

A. J. Brown, age 70 years, 8 months, and 8 days, died Monday, Nov. 8 at his home at Trinity Mills and was buried Wednesday, the 10th at Cemetery Hill.
The funeral was held at the Assembly of God church at Love Field at 2:30. Rev. E. L. Owen preached and Floyd Baker assisted.
Mr. Brown had been a resident in this section twenty-six years. He was born near Mineral Wells and was a farmer; he had farmed all his life.
He and Mrs. Brown were married in 1895. He was a Christian and belonged to the assembly of God church.

Mr. Brown had been in failing health for seventeen years and had been worse for the past year. He suffered from heart trouble and was taken to the hospital during the week previous to his death, when he became more seriously ill.
He is survived by his wife; two daughters, Mrs. A. L. Caldwell and Mrs. Frank McMillen<?>, both of Carrollton; six grandchildren; one sister, Mrs George Cooper of Mason; and three brothers, J. M., J. B. and O. L. all of Mason.
