OBITUARY C. C. Carver
Funeral at 3
Services for Carl. C. Carver, 49, a former Dallas County school principal,
will be held at the First Baptist Church in Carrollton at 3 p.m. Thursday.
Burial will be in Restland Memorial Park.
Carver died of a heart attack Tuesday in Hillsboro as he was returning to San
Antonio after a visit with relatives here. He was employed by the Veterans
Administration in San Antonio.
Carver formerly was principal of the high schools in Carrollton and Cedar Hill.
He was a veteran of both World Wars.
Survivors include his wife and a daughter, Irene Carver, both of San Antonio,
and a son, Philip Ray Carver, Carrollton.

OBITUARY Funeral
Services Held For Carl Clifton Carver
Funeral services were held Thursday at 3 p.m. at the First Baptist Chruch for
Carl Clifton Carver, 49, who died suddenly Tuesday from a heart attack after
visiting with his relatives here. The Rev. Henry Kinkeade officiated at the
services. Burial in charge of Rhoton Funeral Home was in Restland Memorial Park.
Mr. Carver was a former resident of Carrollton and taught school here for many
years. He made his home at 2558 W. Huisache Ave., San Antonio.
He is survived by his wife, Annabell Carver; one son, Phillip Ray Carver,
Carrollton; a daughter, Mildred Irene Carver of San Antonio; a brother, James C.
Carver, Grandview; two sisters, Mrs. Bert Pinson, of Lubbock, and Mrs. O. L.
Rorie, Tyler; a grandson, Phillip Ray Carver, Jr.
