OBITUARY Claudine C. Davis
Services for Claudine C. Davis, 91, of Tyler will be held at 1:30 p.m. Sunday,
August 17, 2008, at Lloyd James Funeral Chapel with Mike Thomley and Jay Taylor
officiating.
Burial is at Cathedral in the Pines Cemetery under the direction of Lloyd James
Funeral Home, Tyler.
Mrs. Davis passed away on Friday, August 15, 2008, in Tyler.
She was born on November 28, 1916, in Denton County to the late Claude and Ruth
Asher Crouch. She was a member of Rice Road Church of Christ and worked as a
school secretary. She had lived in Tyler for 29 years and formerly lived in the
Carrollton-Farmers Branch area. She was preceded in death by her husband,
Dale B. Davis.
She is survived by her daughter, Mary Ann Clough and husband Larry of Tyler;
son, Richard Davis and wife Susan of Richardson; two sisters; six grandchildren;
11 great-grandchildren; and one great-great grandchild; and numerous nieces and
nephews.
Pallbearers are Mark Davis, James Davis, Jared Clough, Jim Bradford, Mark
Zindler, and Bobby Adams.
The family will receive friends from 5 to 7 p.m. Saturday at the funeral home.
