OBITUARY GRAVELY
CARITA WILLIAMSON of Dallas, Texas, died on September 11, 1993 at the age of 82
after a brief illness. She was married 54 years to
Warren Lewis Gravley. She was
born on October 7, 1910 in McGregor, Texas. Warren & Carita were married
in Houston and after several moves, settled in Dallas in 1949. In 1960
they moved to New York, returning to Dallas in 1980. Carita was a member at
Merry Thorn Garden Club, Timely Topics, Lakewood Country Club and University
Park United Methodist Church. Her main interests were her family and she never
missed a grandchild's event. carita Gravely is survived by her husband, Warren
Lewis Gravely, her children, Martha & Lee Carter, Prissy & Warren Gravely, her
grandchildren, Carita, Grant and Gravely Carter and Pyeatt, Cara and Warren
Gravely. Also survived by her sister & brother-in-law, Lou & Hugh Allan of
Memphis, Tennessee. A private graveside service will be held at
Webb chapel Cemetery
followed by a Memorial Service in the Sanctuary of UNIVERSITY PARK UNITED
METHODIST CHURCH, 4024 Caruth blvd, 4:00 P.M. on Monday, September 13, 1993. Dr.
Thomas . Robbins officiating. The family requests memorials to the charity of
your choice.
