WEDDING
LORD-JAMES VOWS TAKEN HERE FEBRUARY 4
Dr. Fred White officiated at the rites uniting
Miss Norma June Lord and Jerrell James
at the home of her aunt, Mrs. C. H. Routh.
Mr. and Mrs. Benny Jackson were the musicians at the February 4 wedding.
Escorted by her father, the bride wore a white lace over satin gown. She carried
a white prayer book covered by a white orchid.
Miss Harriett Lord, sister of the bride, served as maid of honor and "Hobby"
James served his brother as best man.
Miss Patricia Lord and Gary Routh were candlelighters. "Chip" James was
ringbearer, and Linda Routh and Marilyn McKinney were flower girls.
Out-of-town guests included Mr. and Mrs. Freank Pearson and family of Fort
Worth; Mr. and Mrs. Paul Kealiher and Mrs. Ellis Vandiver of Chicotah, Okla.,
and Mr. and Mrs. Henry Bledsoe of Bossier City, La.
A reception was held following the ceremony. After a short wedding trip the
couple will be at home in Carrollton.

Jerrell Lee (Bo), of Carrollton. Survivors: wife Norma; children, Tere Granger,
Ginger Priest, Jerry James; 2 grandchildren. Services 2:00 p.m. Wednesday,
Rhoton-Weiland Chapel. Rev. Ron Summers officiating. Interment Furneaux Cemetery,
Carrollton. Pallbearers: Jack Steele, Ralph Crearwell, Sam Loris, David Coning,
Wayne McCarty and Chip James.
