OBITUARY Funeral Is Held
for Former Terrill Student
Funeral services were held Monday afternoon at Cemetery Hill for Tilford
Furneaux Morgan, 24 years old, who died Saturday night at Amarillo. Young Morgan
was the son of Mr. and Mrs. J. Hamlyn Morgan
and was an alumni of Terrill School, graduating there in 1917. Students of
Terrill School were honorary pallbearers. A large number of friends and
relatives met the body at Carrollton.
Funeral service was conducted by the Rev. T W. Lovell of Lewisville assisted by
the Rev. L. P. Smith of Dallas. The following were the active pallbearers:
William Furneaux and Sidney Green of Dallas, Joseph and Chris Furneaux of Hebron
and Lawson Jacobsen and Tom Gentry of Lewisville. He is survived by his wife and
infant son.
