CHARLES E., 72, Born May 13, 1932 in Farmers Branch, TX passed away Feb. 10, 2005. He is preceded in death by his parents Ralph and Nannie Noell, brother (Buddy) Leslie Noell. Survivors: his sisters Christine Weichbrodt and husband Leland of Oklahoma City and Anna Ruth Clark and husband Joe of San Antonio, TX, daughter Neva Cohen and husband Dale of Mesquite, TX and three grandchildren. Visitation at funeral home from 9AM until 1PM Saturday, Feb. 12. Graveside service at 2 PM Webb Chapel Cemetery.
