OBITUARY

Roland L. Ross, 1907 Cottonwood, Carrollton, passed away in Corpus Christi Friday. Survived by wife, Mrs. Juanita Ross; son Johnny Ross, both of Carrollton; brothers, Elmer Ross, Dallas; Troy Ross, Waxahachie; sisters, Mrs. Thelma Freeman, Dallas; Mrs. Velma Blythe, Midlothian. Services were held Monday at 2 p.m. in the First Baptist Church, Carrollton, with Dr. Curtis Carrolland Dr. Fred A White officiating. Interment was in Hilltop Cemetery. Pallbearers were G. A. Salmon, Jimmy and Joe McDonald, J. T. Sewell, Paul Guynes, and Glenn Gentry with Rhoton, Weiland-Merritt Funeral Home in charge
