OBITUARY

Funeral Services Held Wed. for W. W. McCoy

Funeral services were held at 2:30 p.m. Wednesday in Rhoton Funeral Chapel for W. W. McCoy, 74, farmer and stockman, who died at his home here Tuesday. He would have been 75 on Feb 22.

The Rev. Earl Johnston officiated at the services. Burial was in Hilltop Memorial Park.

Born in Joplin, Mo., McCoy moved to Plano at the age of 11 with his parents and in 1897 married Miss Ellar Patterson there. The couple moved to Carrollton in 1900.

Mrs. McCoy and two sons, Ted W. McCoy and J. W. McCoy, all of Carrollton, survive. There are 12 granddaughters and a great-grandson.
