Celebrated Seventh Birthday
Marlin Lee Myers celebrated his seventh birthday last Friday. To assist and make
it a wonderful day he had a number of his little friends come and be merry with
him. They played many interesting games and had a merry time. A birthday cake
and ice cream was served. The favors were allday suckers, gaily dressed in crepe
paper. Those present were Mildred Good, Meiriel Montgomery, Jacqueline Kelly,
Peggy Jean Perry, Avenelle Whitlock, Eva Louise Myers, Junior Godfrey, Tony
Hale, Roy Gravley, Jr., F. M. Good, James Donald Whitlock, Walter Gene Hamilton,
Marlin Myers, himself, and his Sunday school teacher, Bessie Mae McRight.
