OBITUARY NOEL
FRANK EDWARD
January 8, 1917
June 10, 2002
Preceded in death by his parents Elmer and
Pearl Noel and brother
Ernest Noel.
Edward was born and raised in Carrollton Texas and graduated from Carrollton
High School. He was a member of the U.S. Marines during World War II. After his
time in the Marines he resided in the Chicago, Illinois area until the time of
his death. He is survived by brother, James Noel and wife Jo Ann; nephews, Jim,
Joel, Justin and niece; Jennifer Noel all of Carrollton; James and Jeanette LeTarte and family of Park City, Illinois. memorial services were held in Park
City, Illinois. Burial services will be at 10:00 am, July 20, 2002 at
Perry Cemetery in Carrollton, Texas.
