Mrs. W. W. Perry Breaks Hip
Mrs. W. W. Perry is recovering at Baylor Hospital from an operation performed on her left hip early Monday morning. Mrs. Perry broke her hip bone Sunday night when she fell while on her way to the Union Baptist church.
She was reported "doing fine" Thursday.

OBITUARY

Life-Long Resident Of Carrollton Dies

Mrs. Mary Eula Perry, 72, life-long resident of Carrollton, died at her home Tuesday morning. She was the daughter of John and Mary Warner, early Dallas County pioneers. Her father came to the community from Ireland in 1852.
She is survived by her husband, W. W. Perry; four sons, Henry Perry, Guy Perry and Warner Perry, all of Carrollton, and Leland Perry of Dallas; three daughters, Mrs. W. C. Treece, Mrs. A. R. Lowery, Mrs. T. G. Kelly also of Carrollton; one sister, Mrs. Emma Hardcastle, Carrollton; one brother, G. F. Warner of Wylie, Collin County, and thirteen grandchildren and one great-grandchild.
Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Wednesday at the Union Baptist Church in Carrollton, of which Mrs. Perry had been a member since she was a young girl. The Rev. Arthur Freeman will officiate.
