OBITUARY
Goldie Belle Johnson Stanley Thompson
Goldie Belle Johnson Stanley Thompson of Farmers Branch born December 10, 1906,
passed away May 25, 1955 at the age of 48 years, five months & 15 days.
She died on Wednesday in a Dallas Hospital She was an employee at Dallas County
Tax Office.
A native Texas, she had lived here for 25 years. She had worked in the tax
office the last six years.
Surviving are her husband, Bill Thompson; three daughters, Mrs Betty Dennis of
Carrollton, Dana Sue & Linda Donelle
Stanley of Farmers Branch; her mother,
Mrs. Mary E. Johnson of Farmers Branch; two sisters, Mrs. Lou Ellen Baldwin of
Farmers Branch & Mrs. Frances Needham of Addison & a granddaughter, Suzanne
Dennis of Carrollton.
Services will be held at 3:30 p.m. Thursday in the First Baptist Church here
with the Rev.
W. B. Carraway & Dr. Fred White officiating. Burial will be in the
Farmers Branch Cemetery.

OBITUARY
Mrs. Thompson Died in Hospital
FARMERS BRANCH, Texas
Mrs. Herman B. Thompson of Farmers Branch, 48-year-old Dallas County tax office
employee, died Wednesday in a Dallas hospital.
A native Texan, she had lived here 25 years. Mrs. Thompson
had worked in the tax office the last six years.
Surviving are her husband; three daughters, Mrs. Betty Dennis
of Carrollton, and Miss Dana Sue Stanley and Miss Linda Donelle Stanley of
Farmers Branch; her mother, Mrs. Mary E. Johnson of Farmers Branch; two sisters,
Mrs. H. N. Baldwin of Farmers Branch and Mrs. Mac Needham of Addison, and a
granddaughter.
Services will be held at 3:30 p.m., Thursday in the First
Baptist Church here with the Rev. W. B. Carraway and Dr. Fred White officiating.
Burial will be in the Farmers Branch
Cemetery.

Cemetery with Rhoton Funeral Home in charge of arrangements.
